The service

I WANT TO KEEP THE PRODUCT AT THE END OF THE MONTH FOR A LONGER PERIOD, HOW CAN I DO THAT?

No problem! You just have to keep the products. You rent them for 1 month and a half? You will pay for a month and a half.

*At the end of your month, you will be reimbursed proportionally for the days not rented. If you rent for 1 month and 10 days, you will be reimbursed for 20 days of product rental.

WHAT IS STAIN AND HOLE INSURANCE?

Don't worry if you get a stain or a hole in the garment, the insurance is included in the price. Don't try to remove stubborn stains or repair a hole, our experts will do it.

I LOST MY PRODUCT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Thank you to inform us as soon as possible, we will contact you.

I DON'T LIKE THE PRODUCTS I RECEIVED, CAN I CHOOSE OTHER ONES?

We are as concerned about CO2 emissions as you are, so for this month, it is not possible. However, at the end of the month, you can return your products and order new ones. For your next rental, feel free to visit one of our stores to try on the looks and check the sizes.

HOW DO I RETURN MY PRODUCTS IF I DON'T WANT THEM ANYMORE?

After one month, you can return your products whenever you want. To do so, simply log into your customer account and click on "Manage my returns". You will then be invited to select the products you wish to return and to answer a small satisfaction questionnaire about them. Don't hesitate to answer it to improve our service :)

Then use the return form that was provided to you when you received your package, stick it on the Repack, put the products you want to send back in it and go to a pick-up point!

CAN I KEEP THE CLOTHES AT THE END OF THE MONTH IF I LIKE THEM?

WHAT IS THE PRICE ?

If you order a basket higher than 35€, the delivery costs will be free, otherwise they are 15€.

WHAT DO I RECEIVE IN MY PACKAGE ?

You will receive all the products that you have selected in your basket.

Care of the garment

DO I HAVE TO SEND BACK THE CLEANED PRODUCT?

No it is not necessary, all garments are rewashed.

ARE THE PRODUCTS CLEANED BEFORE THEY ARE SENT TO ME?

Yes, garments are washed, inspected, repaired, refurbished and ironed by our own team of experts. Everything is done in-house for optimal hygiene control.

WHAT IF THE PRODUCT I RECEIVE IS DAMAGED, DIRTY OR SMELLS BAD?

Please report it to us immediately, we will exchange it within 24 hours.

Delivery and return

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY COSTS?

Above 35€ of order, the delivery costs are 100% free.

Below, whether it is a home delivery or a delivery point, the delivery costs are 15€.

HOW DO I RETURN MY PRODUCTS?

When you want to return your products, go to your customer account and click on "Manage the return of my items". You will then be asked to select the products you wish to return and to answer a small satisfaction questionnaire about them. Don't hesitate to answer it to improve our service :).

Then use the return form that was provided to you when you received your package, stick it on the Repack, put the products you want to send back in it and go to a pick-up point!

CAN I HAVE MY ORDER DELIVERED TO MY HOME OR OFFICE?

We can deliver to any address you specify.

DO I GET A REMINDER TO RETURN THE PREVIOUS CLOTHES?

If you have indicated that you want to return the clothes on your customer account, you will be contacted within 14 days of this request if we have not yet received your return package.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I RETURN THE CLOTHES LATE?

Please notify us by email if this happens. We advise you to send back the clothes as soon as you have indicated that you want to send them back on your customer account.

CAN I RECEIVE THE NEW CLOTHES WITHOUT SENDING BACK THE OLD ONES?

Of course you can! If you want to continue renting your clothes but you have a crush on a new product on our platform, rent it without hesitation. Your rental price/month will be adjusted automatically.

CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING DATE AND PICK-UP LOCATION FOR MY NEXT RENTAL?

You can change your information (address, etc.) at any time by going to your customer account. This way, your next order will be sent to the new address you have indicated.

WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU DELIVER TO?

We deliver to France, Germany, Spain, Portugal, United Kingdom, Luxembourg, Netherlands.

WHAT IF I LOST THE RETURN SLIP?

Don't worry! If you have lost the return slip, simply log in to your SKFK rental account and download a new return slip by clicking on "Manage the return of my items".
